My overall experience was good. I wasn't so happy with the product, Not collections fault. The product is made wrong and grips and rolls up on your arms. Not comfortable.

I didn't receive my valances I ordered with the original shipment. I received one instead of the six I ordered and paid for. Customer service has replaced the five I was missing however now I must follow up to make sure I don't get charged for these items again as nowhere on the paperwork does it show that this is to replace the items missing from my original order. I love the gingerbread valances and think they are very nice for the price.
