Pretty easy online process... but I couldn't find the product I wanted, so I had to enter the item # from the little catalog I'd gotten in the mail. No big deal tho!

Exactly what I wanted.

No Free shipping on order of 2 things! Called customer service and no help at all. Took wrong code so I paid more for shipping than product. Doubt I will do shopping here again after the lack of customer service

These are Christmas presents, they will love them

Shipping was sure slow this time. Didn't receive package until 17th November - almost 3 weeks from when it was ordered! Products were okay for what you pay for them. Coverlets are rather thin, but do the job. Casserole carrier was very nice.

We decided this would not work for her, but we are keeping it here. My 92 year old mother-in-law is in a nursing home. We discovered when we got the snowman going, that the room had to be totally dark for it to light up. She would not like it blinking in the dark, and she wouldn't know if it was on or off. So we have it in our window and it is very cute.

Completely satisfied with no complaints

I ordered the side table with 3 shelves and it was a little smaller than I expected but it was perfect for my needs. I needed just a small table to store current magazines and to put my coffee on. I would buy again.
