This is 1 of 4 orders I have placed in the last couple of months and unfortunately the first one that I have received both defective and damaged merchandise. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in responding and are in the process of correcting the issues, so I am in a holding pattern on those. As mentioned 3 of 4 orders have been received without a problem, so overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience.

I did not receive all of my order although the packing slip indicated that the items were shipped. The box was damaged when I received it and the postal services had wrapped tape around it. I called Collections and told them what happened and the items that I was missing, and they quickly sent them to me. I am very very pleased with Collections. I have been ordering from them for some time and I am always satisfied with the products and the prices.

Products all arrived in good shape.Christmas wreaths seem very flimsy so not sure how they will hold up when I use on my railings inside along with the doorway corner decorations for Christmas. Still undecided on the under the cabinet light if I'm going to use or not. May return item - not what I expected.
