I received the wrong size in the rug I ordered, but the gentleman I spoke with in customer service was very nice and sent the right size rug. I thought they would send me a return receipt for the rug I got by mistake so I could send it back, but he told me to keep it. I thought that was good of them.

Nice young woman with accent i could not understand. She finally seemed to get what I was telling her and promised to send a return label for second package. Since label hasn't arrived I called today asking if it could be emailed to me as the box is quite large, sitting in my living room with company coming tomorrow. I asked if she could email the label, she replied yes and this email is what I received. Not at all happy about service to return items which are duplicates. The total cost of my order is $122.67, fortunately second one hasn't been charged to me. Seems to me you would like to receive this duplicate order in a timely fashion.
