I returned the item #*******, a color changing fiber optic Christmas tree because it was a fraudulent depiction of the same item displayed in your catalog. I am very unhappy with the product I received and returned it to you on Nov. 6,2017. However, to date, I have not received a credit to my account. I purchase many things from your company and have not had an issue before, so I expected this to be handled in the usual normal manor. I expect this situation to be corrected in the very near future.
Some kind of internet/computer glitch kept changing the final price. That and I was told if I spent $45 I'd receive free shipping, but I did not get free shipping.
Trouble entering credit card number. Had to re-enter everything to get it to work. Missing item when order arrived called positive response

Rugs are not very thick, and don't have enough backing. They slide on the floor and don't stay in place.
