I enjoy doing business with Collections, etc. and that's why I'm a long time customer. My last order contained only one of the two items I had ordered. Upon calling customer service they informed me that this item was out of stock and they would refund the price back to my credit card.

I have been pleased with 99% of the things I have ordered from Collections. When the pkg arrived and I went through it, I found there was an item missing. At this point I do not remember what it was, but I called customer service and it was sent out and rec'd in just a few days. No problem.
