Love shopping from the catalog
The website works very nice. Only confusion was when I entered the code for free shipping and was told I had already entered a code which I hadn't. I just ignored that message and completed my purchase and received the free shipping promo. I do not have my order I just placed it.

Was looking for an item in the true spirit of Christmas/Nativity scene.
I have tried twice to return to items of clothing that did not fit me properly. The first time I waited over an hour and half for someone to return to my call. I requested a return label, which I was suppose to receive in 48 hours, and I did not receive one. I call back a second time, and I was told the call had not been documented, and I would receive the label in 48, and I still have not received one. It has never taken this much time to receive a return label from other companies. I am not likely to buy anything from collectionsetc.com again.
