There was a misstate on my order(the first time after numerous orders)and I contacted customer service to resolve it...They were ever so helpful...They immediately sent out the correct product at no extra charges to me. This is why I love this company and will keep doing business with them...

Didn't get the code for the 10% discount after giving my e-mail...there was a prefilled code when first at the checkout, I removed it put in the santa30 code and the price went up about 4.00 and it wouldn't let me get the "old" code back
