I am a satisfied customer. I usually order from you quite often. Everything I have purchased has always been what I expected.
The braided rugs are absolutely adorable in appearance. However, the first set of rugs for fall were unraveled and I was sent a refund for one. I ordered the snowman braided rugs thinking it was just a fluke, however, they are just as bad. I love the designs/patterns, but the quality is just not there. Oh well, live and learn. As I stated previously, I have been ordering for years and have had a few items that didn't meet my expectations. Hopefully, I will continue to be "mostly" satisfied with my purchases.
I am happy with this product but I ordered another item that was on back order till November 17. Now it is on back order till December 8. I am concerned that I will not receive it in time for Christmas.

Most often, the items I have ordered, and there have been many, are of very good quality and always arrive packaged carefully. I like Collections etc. because of the variety of items offered and the reasonable pricing. I have seen some of their items in other catalogues for much higher pricings. So, I am happy to deal repeatedly with Collections etc. Their sale prices can't be beat either. I will continue to shop Collections etc.
