Easy to find what I was looking for
The items were as promised and arrived on the expected date. The price was good also & it is not an item you can find in the stores.
Fast and accurate
Shopping experience was great. However, I did have to return the pet ramp. It was not as stable as I expected and a few small parts kept falling off. I am still awaiting the receipt of a furniture cover, as well.
I had to send the valences back because they were shiny and sparkling. That was not in the description. So I'm not happy about having to pay for return shipping.
One item was backordered but it was received two weeks later. No problems.

Everything I have ordered from Collections ETC. have been good products. I also appreciate the quick shipping and receiving my order in just a couple of days.
I received an email about free shipping and then spent $87 on merchandise, only to find that I was charged shipping anyway! If I had the option to be able to go out and shop for my items, (which I do not) I would have canceled this order!
