I really love your merchandise and sales but whoever does the packing to ship does a lousy job. I received my order with very fragile nightlights and without even opening the box, I could tell they were damaged due to the obvious splintering sounds when I started to open the package. The package was not packed with any bubble wrap or padding whatsoever and the taped up box was virtually half open. Very poor packing all around. Both parrot nightlights were splintered and I called Customer Service to report it. Other than poor packaging, I really love Collectionsetc.
I HAD ORDERED A SCARECROW STAKE AND THE STICK ON THE BACK BROKE,WAS TO OLD OF, AN ORDER SO THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE.

I always love what I get from Collections, especially at the holidays. The only problem I had was the blue and silver Christmas tree in the silver vase...the Eire for the lights pulled out of the power box when unpacking! I hope my son can fix it as I loved the tree otherwise.
