Good and fast service and quality.

I usually only buy from Collections when the items I am interested in go on sale. I am highly satisfied with the product that I received with this order. The Amazing Grace throw is beautiful and when it comes back in stock I will probably buy another.

Received order in timely manner but product was faulty. When called to get order fixed, customer service person was rude. All we wanted was a replacement of our product that worked was told we would have to pay for it. Well your company has 100 % satisfaction guarantee and we had to talk to another rep to get a refund and we are still waiting for our refund we were told would come.

Great prices. My latest order includes Christmas gifts so I don't know how good the items are at this time.
