The shoe don't fit! I can't seem to figure out how to get a label to send them back and I didn't get all of my order. I call to talk customer service and they tell me to go on line. Not happy.

The pictures in both the books are just what I have been looking for to color. They are a great mixture of flowers, trees and horse related backgrounds that allow for details.

I have enjoyed collections etc over the year. There have been months that the items were too expensive and service not up to what I had experienced. The last month I have had some major issues (double order - order not canceled. Causing me to have to spend time reshipping etc (at one pt had to hang up - call back to get issue resolved - the 1st rep's lack of attention and not wanting to do her job properly caused me extra work etc. and has caused me concern on ordering again. But there are still good reps to help.
Product appeared just as expected.
Interesting items. I despise shipping charges; I only buy when shipping is free. There is always a small "handling" charge that I don't object to paying.

Products were fine, but you need to tape your boxes shut better. Mine arrived open and tape not closing the package. Fortunately everything was still in the box and okay. Box was also very oversized for the size of the products. I worked in a shipping department for ten years and we were always supposed to fix the box to the size of the product.
