I have shopped here for years and am always satisfied with the quality and prices. Any issues I've had (which have been VERY few) were dealt with quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with was very informed and friendly.

Needed a doorbell for a cabin that we couldn't add a wired doorbell to. Had one earlier from Collections and it finally quit.

Your website acted up and resulted in a duplicate order. I thought I called in time to stop it since it hadn't shipped and was told it was too late because the order was at the warehouse. I consider that a lousy policy. Also an item I thought was only back ordered turned out to not be available at all, which is what started some of the issue in the first place. I sent an email to express my displeasure about that and the fact I got an order I didn't want because of lousy timing; however, I never got so much as an acknowledgment. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in your company; I'm still debating whether I ever dare order again.
Called to cancel order AFTER going on Collections Etc.com website and saw that it was NOT PROCESSED AS OF THE DATE I WANTED TO CANCEL. Was told I could NOT cancel. Order placed on 11/7/17 and was NOT delivered until 11/24/17. COULD NOT REFUSE, so sent back! I should have been able to cancel seeing as the order was NOT EVEN PROCESSED.
Never had any problems with Collectionetc.com. Never received any products l didn't like.

He was AWFUL did not change my address to the po box...and only because they know us at the post office did i receive the pkg...we cannot receive USPS to our home...he was just AWFUL i will NEVER order from you again

Quick and easy to order, I love these garage door magnets
Some of the items I received are not worth the money I paid so I am sending them back. They are cheaply made such as the battery holder is glued shut so when you need a new battery put in you will have to get the glue off before putting in a new battery and the fiber optics on one set of items doesn't show up very well only down in on the base not on the ends of the fiber optics.
