I chose to order merchandise from Collectables because the items I chose were not available from any other source.

No problem finding the items

Didn't have any problems ordering or receiving my items. Got them rather quickly. Haven't opened them, cause they are a Christmas gift. I would definitely order again.

Easy to order

Products I wanted are available and it is easy to place my order.

The items were all much higher quality than expected. I am handicapped and shopping on line with "Collections" has given me the very positive feeling of independence and accomplishment.

I ordered gingerbread x-mas utensil holders that were very cute. Suppose to get 6 in a pkg. But only 5 were in the pkg. Called customer service and the lady I spoke to said she would send a new pkg. Out with no charge to me. I have received the merchandise and I appreciate it very much. There customer service is great.

I am usually very satisfied with any thing I purchase from Collections. The shipping is a little slow but worth waiting for.

I have never had a problem ordering from collections etc. I love everything that I have gotten from this company.

I'm having problems with the pole hugging snowman. I can't get his head to stay upright! I used a pin and tacked his cap to the woodwork and now he waves from the side door window. Unfortunately, he's inside looking out.
