My overall experience with ordering from Collections, ETC., was easy and I had no problems. The reason I ordered from this company was because of the prices. I compared them to other company prices, and Collections, ETC. was a better prices. I am also satisfied with the products, even the blouse that I ordered. I was a little skeptical about ordering the blouse because I thought it might be cheesy. However, the blouse was true to size and looked nice as well.

Found everything I wanted
I tried purchasing these items yesterday, but the website would not let me check out. I tried several times using both Paypal and my credit card. But today it worked fine.
There was an added charge at the end which was not on the order total
Two of the items I received are just low end quality. The candle stopped working after three days of using it. So that was a waste and the little house that I bought doesnt light up in the windows and when you light the incense it comes out the windows instead of the chimney
