The service is good. However, the product was not to my liking. It did not fit well; it didn't stay tied; it didn't stay in place - I was constantly readjusting it. It was awful. It is being returned to you (sending today). I hope your return service is good.
Great turnaround time and quality
Have always been satisfied with all my orders until the one I placed on 11/15 when packing slip was correct but one item was enclosed that I had not order. Call to Collections and they said they would send me the item I had ordered. Awaiting that item.
Great. Have always enjoyed looking through your catalog. Many quality items. Have ordered items in the past and I'm sure I will again. The quilt is very well made. Ordered the cranberry and is so pretty in my guest bedroom. Matches perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product.

It was easy and I received everything I ordered.
I am pleased with the customer service. I received my order only to find the items were just JUNK. The battery lights were not sturdy. These items should be removed from the catalog. I called to see how to return these lights. The lady was very nice and helpful. I was refunded my money when I was told to expect it. I feel the items need to be better quality. I will be wiry to order from this catalog again. But the customer service was great.
