I have been pleased with most of the products I have ordered. Most are of good quality & priced reasonable. My only concern is with shipping time. It's a little slow at times.

Partial order shipped. Packing by slip had handwritten "short on it. I was charged for all products even though the order was not complete. Called customer service who refunded the cost of the non-shipped item. This was y he second order ikn two mo the that was incorrect.

The website is easy to navigate. I am very happy with the quality of the runners I purchased. They are plush and the color is perfect.
