Love shopping here, but I didn't get my complete order yet, waiting for 3 more things. :( 1 thing about here is the stuff takes a long time and they don't tell ya before you order it that it wont ship all together.

I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I had to call customer service because I only received one of my items and should have had two but she took care of it and the second item was received and the item is exactly what I expected!

I have always been very satisfied with the products and prices on collections etc. The only complaint I have is that the shipping box was flimsy and basically open and falling apart. Luckily the items i ordered were rugs, so nothing breakable.

I spent 44 minutes on the telephone trying to give them my home address as to where to send my order and after all that time they said the order was placed. I checked the next day and the order has not been placed. The interactions with them was frustrating and no positive results after all that time.
