My only problem with my Nov. 14 order was that I received 2 almost identical mailings. I immediately called customer service & I was emailed a return mailing label. The next day i returned one of the packages with the mailing label on it. Two days later I received another mailing label in the mail. When I get emails from Collections they always come in duplicate. Whether this has any bearing on the mixup of my two packages, I don't know. I have never had a problem before with email ordering and hope this current situation will be resolved and that I will be credited the monies billed on the duplicate order. Time will tell.
