Quick easy and affordable!

Always easy, fast and great products!

I've just spent about an hour and a half at Collections. What lovely and assorted merchandise! I have enjoyed shopping here and perhaps I will be able to visit again soon.

The wrap for lounging at home while at rest with a cup of cocoa or a book is not great--too long and I would've liked 2 sleeve openings ( I didn't notice it when I was buying.
Other stuff is a-ok!

It is easy to order on line and the shipment and delivery is always timely.

Items in the catalog were easy to find online. Good sales and items were in stock.

I like the unique Christmas items. Also, the rolling pantry shelf is sturdy and was easy to assemble.

It just took a lot longer than I expected, otherwise, everything is great.

I thought from the picture in the catalog that the poinsettias would be fuller. Love the metal soldiers and the garlands.

Air conditioner cover wasn't what I expected. Thought it would be better made

To slow in shipping. Can't understand some of Customer Service Reps. Have to keep asking them to repeat. If I need a replace I feel they should shoot it through immediately and not have to wait another 7 to 10 days. I love the products I've ordered and the prices are very good. I just think they could improve with better shipping time by hiring more people if they have that kind of business.

The furniture covers I bought for our two recliners looked nice But I did not like the way they stayed in place. They were awful so I cut the arm rests off of the main part & everything now stays in place. I will now bind the raw edges of the arm pieces that I cut.

Shopping fun, order received as expected, however...OMG what a large box for such a small item. Last order had 3 gigantic boxes with one item in each box. Definitely not cost effective!

I have received most of it there are 2 things backordered but love what I have gotten so far.

I shop collections several times a month as different specials are available. I like the quality of the products I buy. If I have ever had a problem the office was happy to help me!
