Found the site easy to use. I had forgotten my password but Collections helped me to retrieve it by email right away.

Easy to find what I needed, I usually make sure I have my catalog in front of me so I can go by the number, otherwise it can be a little cumbersome.
I recently purchased an item that was defective and customer service replied immediately and was extremely helpful.

Great will shop again soon.

Everything went well except when I got my new catalog the price had been dropped a couple dollars.

I am a novice with on line shopping-the existing web sight was, for me, user friendly.

I thought you said postage and handling would be $7.99 and then you added tax and another handling fee.

Wish solar lights lasted longer, but overall satisfied. Comforter and shams are nice.

Hopefully everything will be delivered within the 7-10 days.
