I wasn't too happy with the battery operated heated gloves. They don't seem to heat up too much.
Nice products, table clothes were great and so was the cardigan but I don't think the burgundy burnout cardigan wasn't worth as much as I paid for it. It did fit perfectly though.
Only got XXLG green apron and 1 set of fiber optic ribbons. I'm waiting for the LG blue apron and 1 more set of bows.
All products were as shown and the shipment was delivered promptly.

I have loved every item, I have ordered.
Part of my order was backordered, but I received no notice of this fact. I guessed that was the case when I was charged for only part, and the shipping notification was for that part. It was a couple of weeks before I was notified the remaining part was being shipped and charged. Otherwise, all went well.
Garland was as advertised. Even better. Good quality
I told customer service that a couple items I received had come through damaged--and I had no desire to have to wrap them up and return them--the first person I told this to simply didn't care! It was late on a Friday and probably their week-end help. I was not going to ever order but I did it and again I got damaged goods. I ordered because they have things I can't find anywhere else. I also had a problem twice with their program not allowing me to complete my order! So I had to call customer service and start over again. Most annoying.
