The delivery was quick. Love the nightgowns. Soft and silky and comfortable fit.

It was a good experience i have shop with you all a long time

The item was great, very nice but the shipping was unsatisfactory.
When I ordered the item shipping date was given to me but I did not receive the item until 2 weeks after the date I was supposed to get it!
So in fairness, the item was fantastic...shipping sucked.

You send me a wrong item, now I am waiting for return label to send you back and ret my money back.

It is always fun to check out the catalogs to find new and interesting things to peak one's interests.

I have purchased numerous items from Collections over the years and have always found them to be of excellent quality.

Still waiting on a back ordered item, but I am sure it will be here soon. Love everything I have received!

Need to be faster on shipping!
Almost 3 weeks

My order was not processed,so i had to reorder. I could not use Pay Pal by phone so had to start the process over again. Pay Pal had received a payment request from Collections for two tops but no order?I cancelled the order for the teal top.But kept the brown tunic order.I was so upset. I may not order again if I have this much trouble but i'll cool off! I have ordered before with no problems

Spent quite a lot of time looking for a hummingbird spread. This one was nice and very well priced.

Backed ordered. You told us that we would not receive our order until sometime in November and that you would probably cancel the order. Then all of a sudden we received it. Our plans were all messed up. Did not appreciate your lack of inventory control
