I didn't have any issues.
While receipt of the order was acknowledged the same email indicated confirmation of the order would be forthcoming and was not (so far as I am aware) received by me.
A shipping notification was also received.
In neither of the emails was there an indication of the product which I had ordered which -- because I order many things on-line -- was somewhat disconcerting.
I would note that your service has always been good and would hope that ever email sent to customers about orders would indicate the product(s) and other information involved such as quantity, price, size, personalization and the like so that the customer would know the items included in the order.
90% or more of the dog coats, sweater, etc do not show the underside of the item. I have a boy dog and don't want to wash his outfit after EACH use, because he peed on it.

I need to say everything is good. The only thing I would like for you to carry more Christmas outside decoration. The Xmas nets and other things that use solar light to be battery operated.
I wanted to decorate a fence in my front yard and thought these would work. My only disappointment is that at night you can't see the poinsettias, only the lights. But, that is no fault of the product, just a fact of life I guess.
