First one I received did not work. Called customer service and they sent me another one. Checked it out and it worked. They were very helpful and nice. Just waiting to see if I will be charged again for the second one. Will be checking my account this month to see.

The website erased my entire order so I had to try to remember what was on it so I could back and start over. This is the first time it ever happened but this was nonsense.

Have used Collections for years - really like their products.

Received items in a reasonable amount of time. One of them was not working properly. When I called customer service, they promptly sent a new one, and did not require that I return the broken one. Very pleased with products and service.

Didn't get the right item. Ordered blue pointsetta dishwasher magnet got a red one. The 2xl shirt ordered was way TOO SMALL. More like a medium.

I had ordered the lighted chickadee light in small and was so impressd with it that i ordered another as well as a large. Not very happy with the large. There are no lights near the top

The design and quality was good and fit what I wanted exactly.
