I ordered these slippers because I have lymphedema in one leg/foot...I have bought similar slippers to yours before and liked them so,I thought I would try yours especially since they had Velcro not only around the top of foot but also around the heel. BUT I could not enough get them on my foot let alone secure either Velcro...not even on my good foot. I wanted to return them but when following,your directions,to,print,return label online I read that you would charge me $7.99 to return them...I paid less than that for the slippers so my credit would be less as well. It in no way whatsoever be to my advantage to return them. I called in to question the issue and after going back, and forth with the lady on the phone all I got,out of the conversation was I should keep,the slippers and do as I wished with them...and she would send me only,$5.00 credit.
I,am very discouraged with this issue as I usually like,ordering,from you...but I never had to return any things before...bad experience
Easy to locate items I saw in the mail order catalog
The items we ordered were okay. One set of lights didn't work, but understand that does happen. Customer service refunded me credit. We were pleased with the lights that did work thought. I wanted another set actually 2, but I had ordered the items when it was free shipping and that wouldn't apply for the new order.

Item was received in a timely manner and met my expectations for product appearance. However, one of the three wreaths did not illuminate after sufficient solar exposure. Have requested a return shipping label and will send back on 9 Dec.
