When I received my order for the recliner cover/protector, it was not the correct item. I received the sofa cover/protector. I did contact customer service and explained that the wrong item was sent but it was the correct color. The customer service rep. E-mailed me a return label and after stating exactly what I had ordered and the color, I also filled in the return information attached to my invoice and included it with my return. As soon as Collections Etc. received my return, they sent out my item. When I received it, I was happy that it was for my recliner, however, it now was the wrong color...it was not my burgundy/cream, it was chocolate/tan. I was very disappointed but decided to keep it as I did not want to call for another label, fill in the return info. Again, repack the item and bring it to the post office.
After two wrongs, I thought it best just to keep this item, as it was for the recliner and tolerate the color. I have always been pleased with items I have purchased and I understand that mistakes happen...but usually not two mistakes on one item.
