No issues
I placed the order didn't get a confirmation number like I always do and the order was no longer in my cart. I didn't know if the order went through or not so I contacted Collections and the person told me that the order didn't make it through and I had to start over. I asked them to make sure and they assured me the order didn't make it through. I replaced the order and got a DUPLICATE of the order. I contacted Collections the next day when I saw 2 emails for orders and was told it was to late to cancel one of the orders. I was sent a shipping label to return the one order. Then of course it came in 2 boxes. This was a huge mess and very time consuming for me to go to post office 2 times. I haven't checked to see if you have refunded my money yet but will be in contact if that hasn't happened. Next time customer service rep needs to be sure of what they are telling someone. Lori Cole

While some products of their products have been a little substandard and not been what I expected, overall most of the products far exceed what I expect. When I tried to reorder some items from years ago, you didn't have any record of the Item No. Also, you were out of an item when I placed my 2nd order but this is understandable since I was so late in ordering for Christmas.
