I had an order disappear while I was entering the payment information; I hoped it hadn't been duplicated as I tried again. It was duplicated, however, when the two orders arrived, customer service sent instructions to print a return label with no charges to send the duplicate order back.
Generally speaking, their service is very good.

I bought most of the things for Christmas as gifts, so I really don't have an opinion yet.

You have lots of desirable products that are reasonably priced. I'm disappointed that you charge $2.50 to process an order that required no labor to place. No other company that I deal with has service charges on internet sales.
