Can't tell if this is a specific order or all items ordered. I don't know if I am missing any as yet, but I really enjoy shopping with Etc. Collections. Last ordered received was my lighted pillow and it is small but precious. Clothing is true to size. Only thing that is uncomfortable is when you need to talk to a person for assistance or customer service the women I have spoken with were rude and uncaring about your inquiry and just hang up on you when "they" are done with you and I just sit there and wondered what happened. Not customer relation personalities. They definitely are not pleasant or warm when you need assistance. But that doesn't stop me for buying but now I wonder what will happen when I have a problem that needs more attention.
I have always had very good results with Collections. I have ordered many things from this company and have been more then trilled with the products.
