I have made two orders and received both of them. After I received the first order I received a good size discount. I have no problem with certain products not being eligible for discounts after they were already reduced in price. I have a small problem when my order is two or three times the amount for free shipping and get charged shipping when no minimums are reacquired, and they get free shipping.

After I made the second order I took time for a survey with your marketing department and told I would get a $40.00 gift card to be used as I wanted, it has not been received two weeks later.

One order had some damage, and on my first call there was a problem because my wife and I both have an account, same phone number.

Surveys and questions about products are almost meaningless when the items are gifts

There's something for everyone in the Collections etc. catalogs. You do get what you pay for - you can't get super high-quality for $14.99. I was pleased by the availability of items, fast shipping in good protective packaging, and ability to fill quite a few spots on my Christmas list. My solar mailbox swag was poorly made - if I hadn't owned a soldering iron it would have been useless, but once I redid the sloppy connection it worked as described and looks quite pretty. The Southwest Angel ornaments are in lovely poses, but the faces are ugly - not painted by an "artist", that's for sure. I expected better, so I hope whoever sees them on my niece's tree isn't wearing their glasses. The "glitter poinsettia bushes" shouldn't be shown as a "bush" when they are really three skimpy stems, even though the fine print says "grouped together as shown". Still, I'm choosing to use or give all 10 items I ordered, and I expect to order good cheap stuff again next shopping season.
