This was a VERY hard website to order from, it took me 2 days to place this order and even today it kept asking the same questions. After I entered all my information, it was automatically erased and I had to enter it again. I almost stopped the transaction but it suddenly worked and placed my order. I hope it is delivered. I would answer another survey about delivery when it arrives.

I am still waiting for the burlap bags. It was suppose to have been in stock, but when the order came in, it said it is on back order and shipped out 12/22. I needed them for the 20th

I received my original order on Nov 25 but unfortunately it was the wrong items I had ordered. I requested and received a return label and indicated what I was wanted in exchange. I have not received the correct items as of yet and do not understand why I have not received an email stating that it has been shipped.
I would appreciate an email of the status of my shipment please.
