Fairly easy to order. Order received 3 weeks after order placed.

Easy to locate items and to use site.

I have been looking for these pictures at Christmas bazaars. I found them on line and ordered two. They are beautiful and make the perfect gift.

Their customer service is terrible. I placed order on 11/20.12/1 no package so I contacted customer service. They lied and said it shipped 11/24. That was when lable was created, not shipped. FedEx showed it did not ship until after 12/1. It finally arrived 12/9. Nineteen days after order and then some letters were missing from one of the pieces I ordered.

Order went smooth and received merchandise quickly.

Difficulty in checkout on phone so switched to laptop. Returned memorial lighted angel the day it was received as it was not what expected. Have yet to receive the refund. I had no problem getting label to send back but it has been over 3 weeks and still nothing.
