I received the order and it was defective. I was told a new order would be shipped free of charge and no need to send back the defective item, just throw it away which I did. I was notified that a new item would be shipped 8/26/20 it shows FED EX #, but only notification that label was made. After being told there was no charge due to being defective my credit card was charged AGAIN. When I called I was told this is the way it is done when a new one is shipped. I will be charged again and by 8/31 a credit will be issued which doesn't make any sense to me. I am disappointed the way this whole thing was handled and I don't appreciate Collections, ETC charging my credit card AGAIN without my knowledge.

My only issue is the bedspread had to be ironed and the shams unlike the other spread I bought. The spread don't hang long enough on the sides for a queen size bed.
