Order was delivered pretty quick, and out of all the merchandise I purchased, I only had to call about 1 item. It was handled and rectified quickly by customer service and new item was sent right out.

Easy to find items I'm looking for

I thought the picture in the magazine looked better than the product I received.

Look at my history. I love your catalog, though I did need to return 3 items recently (my own postage) and waiting for a refund.

Did not realize when ordering that the product ships from the Orient! Took almost a month to arrive in USA. Product is as advertised though and am happy it has finally arrived!
