I was happy to see the boot trays available. I bought some a few years ago at a local merchant, wanted more, but didn't think I'd be lucky enough to find them anymore. In Arizona I don't really need them for boots, but they are handy for other purposes. I wasn't looking for them specifically, just happened to see them.

It was good quality and I received it quickly.
Delivery was not smooth. Ordered was shipped FEDEX to the post office and that always slows things down in receiving order in a timely matter. Either ship Fedex to home or uspss or UPS would be better.

I've always had a good experience with Collections -pricing, quality of goods and shipping.
Most orders are great. Lately I have had trouble and have seen one thing om line & told another by customer service. I have recommended this company to many. The past month I have been very disappointed. I am considering not renewing my membership because of the experience I have had with on line telling me one thing & customer service another. If the product becomes unavailable after i place an on line order, why am I not informed and kept waiting for it? This is not good customer service. Nor is it when what is on line is not accurate ie: customer services says it is unavailable and on line says it is.
Of all the orders, or purchases that I have made over the past, this was the first time I ever had to contact customer services with any issues on an order, but they provided me with swift and courteous service and actions on my order, which has been delivered in time for Christmas. Thank you for your prompt attention to my issues, and I will continue to shop at your site!
All articles came on time and in good packages, no damage, very happy
