Very fast
Confusing over all the different promos you send & only being able to use one. When package arrived, it was missing an item, even though it showed on the invoice included. Had to call them to have item reshipped & took a very long time to finally get to me. The person I talked to, had me on hold for 10 minutes, trying to figure out what to do. Duh? Send me the item you forgot!
