I have always gotten great service and really good deals shopping with you.
I placed order ******* on November 25th. On November 26th I noted that I should have gotten a 10% discount. I then emailed you that I would like my 10% off. I then received 2 confirming emails for two identical orders; one with the original order ******* and a new one order *******. I immediately called your service line and was told that they could not cancel the order, that they had already shipped them but they would give me a return label to ship it back at my cost. Five days later I received a shipping confirmation on both orders, FedEx received the package two days later. I do not understand why you could not stop that shipment before it was received by FedEx during the seven days following the order. I finally received both orders on December 12th, that was 17 days after ordering them. I have no clue as to how the second order was generated, as I did not request the second redundant order. This was the worst customer service/shipping department experience that I have ever had to deal with.
As a result of this experience I am keeping the unwanted order rather than pay shipping back to you and I will no longer be doing business with your company. Please cease any further communications with me.
