First off i received the wrong rug, the billing was for the right rug, but the wrong one was sent, the price for either rug was the same amount--however when I got an email back after contacting the customer service, I was told that i would receive a return paid label to return the wrong rug,but was not told if I would recieve the right rug, as of this date I have not recieved anything; at the present time do not know where the suituation is at, the rug was a present to be sent with a package that had to be sent over seas, so now it is no longer needed. I still have the rug as it was not the one that was wanted and needed to be sent in the overseas package, so if someone would contact me about this as was stated, I would appreciate it thank you

There was such a strong odor I had to had wash twice to get it to go away. I have ordered these before and never had that happen.
