One item was listed on packing slip, but not in box. Customer service said product now out of stock and not being replenished. Credit supposed to be provided...I need to check to confirm credit received.

Another item was not shipped, but should be available, but probably won't arrive by Christmas...disappointing since I ordered Nov 28.

I ordered the fiber optic Christmas tree. It looked like just what I wanted. Was very, very disappointed when tree was delivered. It looked nothing like what you pictured in your catalog. I used it for my white elephant gift exchange at work.
