Shipping/Processing fees are nearly 45% of total invoice. Excessive for small bottle of liquid.

I have always loved the products I have received from Collections Etc. in the past. However, my last order was a great disappointment. The Christmas trees were very poor quality and did not look like the picture in the catalog. I was disappointed in the berry decoration as it said it was red, but was actually a burgundy color instead.

I had a problem with the magnetic blinds and collections resolved to my satisfaction. Good service.
