Found what I wanted. It was as they advertised in their catalog. Easy checkout
ITEMS IN THE CATALOG WERE NOT LISTED ONLINE. My entire order has not arrived yet. Also I ordered dog sweaters, which are adorable but the size runs different. I ordered M. & 2 fit perfect & 2 were to small. But all said M on size label.

Very happy with my purchase. All items I received were exactly as pictured online. A pleasure to do business with.
I ordered 3 items on Nov 29th. The confirmation screen did not come up nor did I receive a confirmation email until more than 12 hours later. Because I did not receive a confirmation I made a second order. When I realized what happened I called and talked to a male customer service person. He barely spoke English and was abrupt and told me that my order could not be cancelled. I tried to explain what happened and he raised his voice. I then got upset and hung up on him. I then sent an email explaining that I wanted to cancel my order and never received a response. When I received my two orders I was greatly disappointed the quality of the products. I've never had a problem in the past with Collections Etc but because of this I will no longer order from you.

Nutcracker was delivered sooner than expected and in perfect condition. It's cute during the day. Can't tell what it is from the road in the dark but the colors are beautiful and I'm glad I purchased it.

Need to notify customer when order is shipped, so package is expected and necessary arrangements can be made so package doesn't sit were anyone walking by can take it.
