I ordered 4 items and only 3 were shipped. I immediately called to resolve the problem and the remaining item shipped. I never received a confirmation for this second order. After 2 weeks I still did not receive the missing item. I called and was told the item was no longer available and my credit card was credited back. I am appreciative that I was given my money back, but very disappointed that I was never contacted about the item being no longer available.
Collectionsetc.com has been a great place to shop at. Prices are very fair and merchandise is also of good quality. You also get your order fairly quick. You can't go wrong with Collections Etc.
