Merchandise arrives in 5-7 days

Wish I would have ordered 2 of the tin soldier because now you have discontinued.

Have been shopping with collections etc for years and have never been disappointed.

Ordered a full/queen quilt. Waited weeks due to back order. Arrived today 12/20 but I was sent a twin size. It's a Christmas gift so now what? I wrap it and return after I take it back from her? I return now and she waits even longer for a WINTER quilt or I return it and the sham which I did not receive yet, and she doesn't get the quilt she so wanted for Christmas. She's 87.

The shopping experience was fine, BUT I had a problem understanding the instructions on how to put the product together. I contacted collectionsetc by email and the only response I got was that they could not provide the information I requested. If you are selling a product then there should be a way to get additional information about it, when needed. As a result, I'm unable to use the product.

My mother-in-law received your catalog and truly enjoyed looking through it. She found a couple things that she really liked and I was happy to get them for her, for Christmas. My experience on line was great and even though the prices were already sale prices, I received a further discount with my promo code. The items were received within just a few days and look to be in great condition.

Shipping took awhile, but I am sure it was due to the holidays. Some items I was disappointed in, very cheap quality and didn't work. But overall, I was please with my order.
