Both packages arrived in tacked and I was pleased with both the turtleneck $#*!eys and the cat bed although my cat has not really slept in the bed yet I hope she will soon accept it. Arrived on time order was placed without any problems.

I am upset that the Winter Top, I came to this site for, is unavailable already. But, I love everything else!

Still waiting for our money to be returned to us from order #******* Which we sent back because it was suppose to have been cancelled and it was shipped to us by mistake. Collections sent us a return label that we used and the tracking said it was delivered.

Got a refund...The changing color solar lights did NOT WORK!

I was not pleased with the way the product was sent to me without any packing materials to protect the products for moving around. As a result, one of the items was delivered all busted up in many pieces.

The main fault for the damage was probably the way the package was handled, so I really think the carrier was more to blame than anyone else, but the absence of packing materials didn't help the situation.

I was disappointed at the amount of time it took for me to receive my order.

Shopping is always a pleasure at Collections Etc.
