I got the Christmas table cloth and runner and I am VERY pleased with the quality of my purchase. The delivery was fast and the price was fare.
Delivery time is usually. However, the order I placed on November 28 for Christmas items was not received until December 15th. When I checked the status it said the label had been printed, or something along those lines. When I called to follow up I was told it could take up to 14 days so I must wait.
Good because I like your products but web site hard to get back to catalog of things on sale after putting item in cart.

Started out FedEx and changed to post office. Had to go to town to pick up. They wouldn't deliver it to my adress due to size? Would of preferred FedEx all the way and delivered to my house.

I need to send part of it back for a refund. The rugs were awesome, but the car seat covers were substandard.
Had to contact customer service for delivery date as no information was available 10 days after purchase. Once I contacted you, my order arrived two,days later. One item was missing so I made another phone call and was told it would be shipped out that day.
Yesterday I received an email which said a credit had been issued to my credit card. I am assuming the item not received is no longer available however I have not been actually told that.
Not a good way to run a railroad even in this busy time.

Returning one of the items ordered - the garage door magnet letters are way too small to be see clearly from the street. Disappointed that they are not as large as they used to be. Years ago, I ordered a MERRY CHRISTMAS set, which is so nice, but starting to fade. I was looking for a replacement, and can't even find the same sentiment - not politically correct, so we have to suffice with Season's Greetings.
