The Cardinal pillow I ordered was a huge success. My friend liked it very much. The little lamp I ordered is ok, but the light could be brighter.

I love collections Etc and I have been shopping with them for about ten years and in all of that time i have only been disappointed once with the merchandise.

I typed in the product number & found exactly what I wanted

A piece of one item I ordered did not work, and they sent me another item to replace it when I asked for a replacement instead of a refund. I was very happy.

For Items that are Out of Stock, it would be nice to see that on the thumbnail instead of going into the product and seeing it there. It's a let-down!
