Easy and reasonably priced
First time I have ever returned something to Colletions. Phone customer service man was wonderful and very helpful. The items I returned just did not look like the picture the gold that was splattered on them I guess for effect looked awful when I lit them up thus the returns. I normally love all the stuff I buy from your company. Returning was easy, however I got free shipping on my items but had to pay over $12 to return them and they were not heavy items so that really was not a fair price.
But will order from you guys again. Thanks for caring.

The mats were exceptional but the halloween decoration was a little chinzy. I don't know how but the order was sent with 2 of everything. No worries, I can use the duplicates.

I received the order, but it took a while. The product works ok, but not the greatest. I did order more but it has been delayed. I will not be contacting you to send the order when you get the product in, I want to cancel it.
