This was a gift. The original one I chose was back ordered and would not have arrive until January 8th. The email I received was not satisfactory on any explanation. It just showed that it would be received in January instead of a note saying, 'we're sorry this item is not available, please select another item or cancel if a Christmas gift.' I did not catch that the item was out of stock immediately. It was almost too late to find another tree. I had to press the customer service representative to get her to look to see what would be similar and in stock. Only one was available that day. The representative should have volenteered to help. She was in a rush to get me off the telephone. Ultimately, I was able to get the item prior to Christmas.
